2. Review the Applicant Screening Disclosure provided as required by law.
3. If there are questions or need of clarification, please call us at 541-745-5252.
4. Provide an email address for each applicant over 18 years of age.
5. An on-line application request will be mailed to each applicant.
6. Complete the application on mysmartmove.com. You will be charged approximately $30 for each applicant.
7. The status of your application will be available on the mysmartmove website. Expected turn around time is twenty-four hours.
8. If your application is approved, you will be required to sign a rental agreement or lease in which you will agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the rental agreement and rules and regulations of the rental unit or complex and pay the required deposits, fees, and other applicable moneys.
Notes:
- We screen one applicant at a time.
- You have 24 hours to complete the application or the next applicant will be screened.
- We screen to the criteria. If you meet the criteria, you will be accepted.
